More bids, higher hammer prices with our new lot page design

4 key changes to the lot page

CLEARER BIDDING

Our new lot page is designed to bring you more bids. The new bidding panel will change colour to alert bidders when they are in the lead or if they've been outbid. Meaning easier and simpler bidding at your auctions.

SHIPPING

Bidders are at times discouraged from bidding because shipping information is not readily available! We now have a new section dedicated to shipping details. This information is taken from your T&C’s or website. You can update this in your Toolbox settings.

AUCTION INFORMATION

Lot description, auction details, and T&C's now all appear below the lot image in an easy-to-use tab format. This allows bidders to gather all important information about your auction from one place.

BETTER SIGNPOSTING

New bidders will find it easier to place bids thanks to improved signposting. They can click on ‘?’ icons for clear explanations of terminologies and how things work.

Simpler auction registration with new verification process

We’ve made it simpler for bidders to complete their verification pre-auction registration. We are now able to run phone number checks behind-the-scenes using the same technology which powers all the address verification on our site. With this important step, we have made it quicker and easier for bidders to register for your auctions. This will also help in reducing drop-offs at auction registration while bringing you qualified bidders with verified phone and address details!
